Welcome to our church's Awana website

2026/2027 Registration is open!  The AWANA Clubs program is so much fun and we can hardly wait to see our clubbers on Wednesday evenings.  Meetings start at 6:30 sharp and end at 7:45 pm.

We will keep our Awana calendar as current as possible.  However, all future dates and themes are subject to change, especially when the weather causes closures.  Perhaps do not print to use as a year-long reference but 'bookmark' and check in weekly to see what is going on!  We're looking forward to a great fun-filled year of AWANA!

One date you will not find on our calendar but is good to make note of is OCTOBER 18th.  Sunday, October 18th will be our "Awana Sunday" meeting where we come to church in uniform and tell others about the Awana program.  Our first quarter prizes will be given out to any kids who come to the Truro Alliance Church service (otherwise handed out at the next meeting).

GRAND PRIX dates and events are listed in the calendar and are important to keep track of.  Each clubber is given a car kit to carve and prepare for racing.  Finished cars are required back to us one week before the race in order to weigh in, finalize details and vote best in design (awarded on race night).

Finally we have boxes of small cards with Awana meeting details printed on them.  Each clubber is expected to "invite a friend" to Awana as part of the program.  As parents, if you grab a few cards for giving away, it would make it way easier for your kids to invite their friends.  There is no loss to clubbers who invite friends without success.  Clubbers are only expected to try (once or twice) before we sign off on that section of their workbook.  AWANA information cards can be found on the ledge in the entrance of the building where we meet (the church building) at 195 Truro Heights Rd.
